Sales Controller (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Business partner in controlling for the sales function in Switzerland
  • Active participation in the Net Sales and profitability steering through close cooperation with other functions
  • Support of operational and strategic decisions by means of economic analysis and by showing business recommendations
  • Proactive co-creation, control and tracking of the sales strategy and trading conditions
  • Financial evaluation of customer-specific and comprehensive market activities
  • Ensure ROI based allocation of commercial budgets (e.g. NSP, Promo) for profitable growth
  • Responsible for planning, analysis and control in the KPIs related to sales
  • Introduction, automation and continuous further development of analytical controlling and sales planning tools

Your Profile

  • Study of economics, focus on finance / controlling
  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in controlling and close exchange with top management, ideally sales experience
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of profitability analysis and customer-oriented control instruments
  • Initiative personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Enjoy working together in an interdisciplinary team
  • Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and reporting tools in the SAP environment
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of German would be an advantage
